General Areas of Practice & Background
The Coye Law Firm was founded 1991 with the goal of being a firm focused on clients, whether it be in cases such as personal injury, worker's compensation, wrongful death, or insurance claims. Mr. Coye was an early adapter of the internet and other computer technology to make the practice run more efficiently and accurately. The firm's continual use of technology provides a high level of service to clients in each type of legal matter.
Our firm handles many types of cases. Experienced attorneys investigate cases regarding administrative matters, such as worker's compensation and the social security administration, as well as traditional legal matters involving probate and small businesses. We are committed to defending the rights and reclaiming compensation for those who have been injured. Our legal team offers a compassionate client-based service with aggressive representation. The Coye Law Firm is comprised of many professionals with a wide variety of experiences to help thoroughly resolve your legal concern.
Successful cases include suits against a major theme park in Orlando, utility companies, construction companies, and major insurance carriers. We have won cases with million dollar recoveries on the behalf of injured victims. Appeals in the First and Fifth District Courts and the Florida Supreme Court have been successful as well.
Attorneys
Wade B. Coye is a graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law and a U.S. Army Infantry veteran. He prides himself and his practice on seeking what is right, helping others, and ensuring that those who cause injuries are held responsible for them.
Daniel E. Smith II handles cases in the firm's worker's compensation and appellate departments. After attending Edgewater high school and the University of Central Florida, Mr. Smith moved onto the University of Florida Levin College of Law. There he served as editor-in-chief for the school's Journal of Law and Public Policy. Mr. Smith was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2005.
R. Dale Albright II takes on cases relating to personal injury and worker's compensation. A native of West Virginia, he studied at Alice Lloyd College and Ohio Northern University. During his beginning in the worker's compensation field, he taught three CLE lectures and was interviewed by many publications.

Case Managers
The case managers at the Coye Law Firm help to investigate claims and gather information relating to many cases. Our team of case managers are knowledgeable and can help to expedite recoveries for plaintiffs.
David MacWilliams is a senior case manager and experienced in medical cases and fields. He graduated from the University of Delaware and worked for Traveler's Insurance as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor. After working with Traveler's, he decided to pursue the legal aspects of rehabilitation. He is fluent in Spanish and enjoys spending time with family.
Dale McDyer specializes in personal injury cases and is experienced in the insurance field. After graduating from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, he worked in the insurance industry for 32 years. He and his family have called many parts of Florida home for some time.
Nanette Cruz is a current law student at Florida A&M University and dedicated to the field through many activities. Her interest in law was sparked by participating in a mock session of Congress during the National Young Leaders Conference. Mrs. Cruz is very active in her community through church and neighborhood activities.
Ursula Remy is a well-traveled member of the personal injury department at the Coye Law Firm. She was born in Peru and moved with her family to the United States when she was three. She stayed local for her education, attending Timber Creek high school and the University of Central Florida. An active member of her community, Ms. Remy is also fluent in Spanish and a proud parent.
Salim Punjani is a member of the worker's compensation department who has been nationally recognized for his work with youth at underfunded schools in Atlanta. He is currently in his third year of study at Barry, where he is a member of the Environmental Law Society and treasurer for the Animal Rights Law Society.
Bryan Dangler was born in Pennsylvania. He graduated from the University of Central Florida with a degree in legal studies with a minor in history. Bryan has his sights set on law school and a successful career as a litigator and professor. In his spare time, he completes triathlons and studies Italian.

Interns
Local students interested in law serve the Coye Law Firm through internships. These members of our team help the day-to-day workings of the office and assist attorneys or case managers.
Bryan Cazenavette is a native Floridian with an interest in music and leadership roles in extracurricular activities at the University of Central Florida. His interest in law started at an early age because of his mother's work in the field. He graduated magna cum laude from the Trinitas Christian School in 2006.
Valeria Coll is an International Baccalaureate recipient involved in many honor societies and has plans to attend law school after graduation. She was born in Venezuela and came to the United States when she was five. Her academic achievements include memberships in National Honor Society and National Society of Leadership and Success.
Nona Tyler is originally from Chicago but currently attends UCF and is majoring in Political Science. She was an integral part of Sattelite high school's newspaper production in her roles as photographer and layout designer. After her graduation this summer, she plans on attending graduate school.
Ryan DiGuglielmo is originally from Champaign, Illinois. He attended Durant high school and graduated with honors. He is currently at UCF, where he is active in LEAD scholars and the National Society for Collegiate Scholars. His previous experience with law includes an internship with Senator Bill Nelson.
